6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the USA:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local authorities.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are generally not refundable by Horizonlink Traders Inc, even if the order is returned.
  • You are responsible for any such charges according to your country’s regulations.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address, name, and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect, it may be:
    • Returned to us by the carrier, or
    • Disposed of by the carrier (depending on local regulations)

If the package is returned to us:

  • We can reship it to the correct address (additional shipping cost may apply), or
  • Process a refund minus shipping and handling costs, where allowed by law.

If a parcel is lost or destroyed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to refund or replace it. Please contact us to discuss your specific case.

We do our best to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

9.1 Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, building management, or front desk.
  2. Verify the address and look for any delivery notice.
  3. Contact your local carrier office with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us so we can assist you in investigating with the carrier. Final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation result.

9.2 Arrives Damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item

We will review your case and offer a solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before shipment:
    If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed/shipped, we will try to accommodate your request.

  • After shipment:
    Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel it. You may follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the package, where applicable.
